TITLE APPROVAL: Prior to underwriting, a right guarantee is made available to the buyer for the most up-to-date and comprehensive ALTA property insurance in terms of the purchase price or property estate until today with the negotiable ownership of the property in the seller`s name. The seller must transmit the property freely and without charges and defects, with the exception of a mortgage taken over by the buyer and possible restrictions or facilities of the registrations that do not significantly affect the expected use of the property by the buyer.
